Remember a few years ago when then candidate Obama stated that "under my plan of cap and trade, electricity prices will nesessarily skyrocket"...?? Well, he couldn't get the Congress to pass it, so he just went ahead and mandated the EPA to do it, via executive order. I think that was back in February.
